Counter & drive thru staff - Don & Millie's offers great employment opportunities for you, whether you want to begin a long-term career, pay for that new car or are just looking for some extra spending money. We offer flexible scheduling, full-time benefits, with supervisors and managers who care about you! Grill & line cook - Responsibilities include preparation and coordination of all food orders with their appropriate tickets, completion of orders within specified time limits, and care for quality and consistency. This requires knowledge of all menu items; including portions, cooking procedures, appearance, and timing.
Manager & supervisor – You must be able to lead by example and motivate others. These positions have experience in all facets of our business and enjoy the fast pace and know that no two days are the same. Whether coordinating a busy lunch period or teaching new staff how make the best cheeseburger in the world, our managers love what they do…and do it well!
